About Clayworks

Owner: Keilah Johnson

As a child, Keilah Johnson, created ceramics under her mother, Aria Finch’s tutelage

I am my second generation potter, learning as a child from my mother who teaches and produces ceramics as well. I have my own studio, In Greenbrier, Arkansas, where I can teach 12 people on the ceramics wheel, and 20 persons hand- building with clay. I travel with my teaching of ceramics to local women’s groups, teaching seminars, workshops, and homeschool groups. As a production potter, I attend around six shows a year and sell my work online at clayworks.art. Additionally, special order requests are fulfilled as orders are requested through social media platform, Facebook.

My passion is Ceramic sculpture. However, not every city is ready for fine art! I do, however, take sculptural orders.

Keilah’s Mother, Aria Finch

For 13 years, I have been working with special needs children and adults to procure the same opportunity as neurotypical persons to produce wonderful, works of art and build creativity.” I love it!
